What is Kombucha?Kombucha, or probiotic tea, is a fermented tea drink that is naturally rich in friendly probiotics, not to mention high in antioxidants and nutrients. I find that this is a great drink for people who are are trying to steer away from sodas to drinking a more beneficial beverage (yet has a similar taste and feel to soda). While both are typically sweet and effervescent, the healthy bacteria in Kombucha can help us by fighting on our behalf against the bad bacteria inside our bodies. Though you can drink kombucha any time of the day, the best time to take any probiotic is in the morning just before you eat. Kombucha is know as “champagne for Life” since it heals so many issues such as hair loos, fatigue,weight loss, immune system and PMS.
